Actually, Tribestan did a pretty good job of making me into a horny mofo (no concurrent
AAS use) better than Tribex and a comparable product by Twin Lab.
Tribulus purportedly stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone, which stimulates testosterone production in the testes. I'm quite sure that you won't be able to sustain even mildly supraphysiological levels of testosterone production with any tribulus product for too long (as we're all aware, the body has feedback mechanisms). But there might be some rationale to using it in conjunction with a ZMA product to combat a decrease in natural
test production from intense training, which is a REAL concern.
