1st i carb depleted for 4 days following the diet
then i started wit 250mg for 4 days to test my tolerance then i bumped it up to 500mgs, and im still at 500mgs right now, i origianlly planned to run it for 14 days, but well see, i might extend it to 21, but i feel like complete shit, i wouldnt wish this feeling on my worst enemy lol

I know this sounds like im rubbing it in (which I guess I kind of am hehe) But the only thing I get when im on dnp is just that real hot feeling. If I start doing cardio, im a little winded, but thats it. I guess im one of the lucky ones that doesnt really get affected by the sides. As far as when you should start, I would wait at least a month after you started your pct. No, its not going to hurt you, but after cycle, you want to eat as much as possible to help retain your new size and your workouts need to be INTENSE. If you are taking "D" then your metabolism will be too high and you will not have the eneregy to keep up the workouts. Besides, after you come off "D" that nice little carb up will help you fill out your muscles and you will look pretty nice in time fore your trip. Just my 2 cents

bc this cycle is only test E, w dbol for the first 4 weeks

i agree 100% wit u on waiting at least a month, thats what i did, but ive read from posts on other boards of members taking a low dose of dnp to suppress the heightened t3 levels that occur post cycle, personally id rather be back to baseline hormonal level or close to it b4 starting dnp

so far ive lost 12lbs in the first 8 days im on day 12 now and ive been fluctuating between 207-208 the past couple days, im sure its because the water bloat dnp causes, i mean im drinkin 2 gals/day, and i calculated out my calorie consumption to be 8500/day while only eating 3000 so i have to be losing more weight
Yes "D" = dnp. and ster500, nice job on the results so far. It is even better the week when you come off because its like every time you look in the mirror there is another line or stiation. IT IS AMAZING. Make sure to eat clean but a lot of GOOD carbs fats and proteins when you come off and just sit back and watch your muscles become skin tight!!! they will look as though they are going to pop!
thats what im hopeing, but ive stalled and been stuck at 207 for the past 3-4 days, im sure its just cause the water bloat becuase i am only eating 3000 carbs and burning 8500, going to run it next week too, im also gunna go back on clen next week so should melt off more weight
