Hi guys - I'll be on "Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" on Monday. It's on CNBC, check local listings for time and channel. The other guest is Jose Canseco, so it should be interesting. I hope everyone will watch and let me know how I did. I'll try to make everyone proud. |

Like any sport that has drug testing, short acting hormones are your friend. Things like test suspension or propionate, probably dbol. Im not sure on the clearing time for tren. For the same sports with testing, deca, eq, sust and some others would all be very bad choices because of the extended detection times. Also, growth hormone would be huge and is, or was until recently, not detectable in drug tests. Now that I reread your post about testing not being an issue, youd be free to use anything you wanted or could get. Some of the stickies at the top of this forum would describe some basic stacks that would be popular among athletes as well as BBers. Test cyp or enth, dbol, tren and eq are some of the most popular. Ive heard of baseball players, particularly pitchers, using winny, but IMO thats just not a wise choice because of its effects on tendons and cartilege. |

Good Job bro! I'll be interested to see what kind of input we get from DD. He worked his ass off to lose a bunch of weight, then invited reporters and photographers to his office to watch as he ripped his shirt off. He frequently brags that he can kick the ass of any other CEO in the advertising business. I don't think he's a pussy. We may get an honest answer out of him. Do your homework bro. I'll be watching. Good Luck. |

Will, if you get a chance to talk to Canseco backstage, could you ask him about his motivations for "outting" fellow AAS users and if he feels any guilt or remorse for forcing this attention upon them? As one of the few people who actually read his entire book, I tend to agree with him regarding his views on AAS. He actually made some good commentary and he presented a very realistic assessment of the use of performance enhancers in sports. I can say the same thing about Victor Conte's 20/20 interview. The problem with both of these individuals is that the pro-AAS message was largely overshadowed by (1) their respective personalities and (2) the naming of prominent AAS users. I applaud attempts at educating an ignorant public about AAS in sports. I'm still not sure how I feel about outting people. Perhaps, the naming of AAS users legitimizes the other information about steroids and steroid use. This is something I've debated with writers at bodybuilding mags - whether the means justifies the ends. Of course, I'm afraid the public is determined to remain ignorant. They have latched onto this as a baseball-player-use-of-AAS-causes-teen-suicide issue. I even heard George Will continue to argue that very few baseball players use AAS and the testing will take care of the "problem". He was against the congressional witchhunt but his objections to it were shockingly naive.

I saw the same interview on Stephanopolous' show yesterday. Overall, George Will was teh only voice of relative reason. The other old fart (cant think of his name) was so far off base it would be funny, except that he represents how the majority of people think. Will was right about this being a huge overstepping of Congressional power, ala McCarthyism.

But for someone who is such a big sports fan, he thinks there is a clear distinction between "character" and "chemistry". Yeah, that's a nice black and white distinction, but it's extremely simplistic.
