It's not quite the same as manufacturing something relatively easy, like AAS. I don't believe any ug manufacturer has the capability to make IGF-1. There are UG people selling it however they are simply buying it in bulk, relabelling it and reselling it. That is actually the only way to buy it unless you buy it from China. The only legit manufacturer of IGF-1LR3, and worldwide patent holder Gropep, won't sell to individual users. Unlike the chinese who have ripped off Gropep and will sell to anybody.
