Bob, you are exactly right, although for injectables a dosage unit =10cc, so he had 700mL of
tren assuming it was already made. For tabs, a dosage unit=50 tabs regardless of the type, so 50 anavars is the same as 50 anadrols, it makes no sense. Same with injectables, 50 bottles of
test 400 is much different than 50 bottles of 50mg/ml Equipoise,i.e. a user would need a lot more of the
EQ than T400, but that's the law.
What is an interesting topic in steroid law is how they will begin to prosecute cases involving cattle implants and powders, as this I have a feeling is something that is the next frontier in steroid cases. I am sure this guy had either/or, but there is certainly no law in place definining how to classify these products under the sentencing guidelines. I would certainly not feel safe ordering a product such as Finaplix and making my own stuff, as I am willing to bet that they are now catching on very well to the homebrew scene and will begin to monitor purchases of BA, BB, etc., esp. those in large quantities like they do for meth.
For those who think they are safe using cattle products, you better think again as if you are caught with say fina carts sitting next to a few gallons of solvents, you could likely be charged with intent to manufacture/dist just as you would be with a ton of sudafed tabs along with the crap one uses to make meth. While I haven't heard of a case involving this specific scenario yet, I would not be surprised if it happened. I can't wait for the horrifying "60 Minutes" episode on this either, could it be called "Steroids from the Bathtub?"
