UK specific beginner questions

I'm in the UK,

- what's legal?
- recommended supplier?
- good book with very upto date UK info?

Alternatively what about taking stuff through customs? Even if it's legal can it cause a problem?

Usual questions:

- safest / low benefit, take it easy cycle? Thinking about Deca. Sex drive loss on Deca? Not necessarily a bad thing I guess but would like to know beforehand.
- do you inject always into the same place, i.e. glutes. Or do you need to disperse across the body. Is it a case of intra-muscular because it then gets distributed around all of the body, or is it a case of inject that muscle to target that muscle?
- I take it you NEVER inject intravenously?

My main concerns are:

1) price
2) safety
3) legality

- Not interested in oral as I hear not good for the liver.
- I don't do any competitive sport. Are these things still illegal?
- Is it best to buy from UK or somewhere else in Europe? I can even travel. Some places I can get to often are Spain and France. Got contacts in various places who could post stuff. I need to know what the law says. Are pretty much all steriods treated like drugs such as Heroin? - and did this law come about as a reaction to competitive sport or something else?
- ebay sounds dodgy, comments?

p.s. I've been inspired by a friend who was given steriods by his doc to cure some lockjaw. Been training light-moderate for 5 years with little but some gain, no supplements or any diet changes until this year. Slow going. Would like to speed things up.

I can help you with some of this, but I steer clear of recommendations on where/how often to inject, also depending on your stat,, in the uk alot of bbers only use orals with great success.

1) Its illegal to sell aas in the uk, but it is quite legal to own/have a reasonable amount of any of it (no more than about 3 months worth)

2) check out classifieds for suppliers, there are some good ones in the uk

3) even with the relaxed regulations regarding owning roids, bringing them through customs is not safe

4) its best to buy from a source at your local gym, or someone respected from the classifieds, or to get one of the uk suppliers who "holiday" in Thailand to send you some back, its cheap and fairly risk free in the uk if you stick to realistic quantities

5) All aas causes damage, what are your goals and where in the uk are you, I may be able to point you in the right direction, dont disregard orals completely, there are liver protectants out there, and in the uk alot of the pros cycle orals all year.

6) check out the steroid books recommended from this site
