hey bro's,
Been on low dose of Dbol for 2 weeks now (first time). This stuff is unreal!!
I have been eating really clean, and have a solid routine. I am not training to get huge just to be in perfect shape, so i have gained like 7 lbs of unreal lean muscle, also the strength gains are sick. I am adding at least 15lbs to every major lift every time i work out.
Right now i am at a shredded 188lbs.
I started the anavar today, so i will post again in a few weeks.

D-bols and no water gain? Not likely.

Running 15 mg of dbol.
here is my diet (i have a lean build to start anyway)

-First thing in the morn i have a cup of hot water w/ lemon.
2 packs plain instant oatmeal w/ 2 tbls of flax. & 3 hard boiled egg whites or 1 serving of cottage cheese.
- half an isopure shake 20g of protein w/ a piece of fruit
-lean meat (chicken/turkey) sandwich w/ raw spinach & hummus. Tuna w/ lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil.
- low fat plain yogurt w/ a serving of kashi go lean & a serving of all natural granola(low sugar)
WORKOUT
-isopure shake
-lean meat & veggies.
also somewhere w/ lunch and before dinner i eat some raw veggies like broccoli, cauliflower,mushrooms etc...
It is working for me

15 mg of Dbol each day for two full weeks? Whoa, look-out world. Just don't add any creatine to your oh-so-prissy diet or your strength & size will rocket off the map.

No Harm No foul,
I will say this,
I am one of the few people on this board who train for a real purpose! I am a proffesional athlete, I make my money being an athlete. This diet was made specifically designed for me. In my proffesion being 220lbs and as wide as the door is not going to help me. The bulky i am will only be to my disadvantage! I need to be fast, strong, agile
Unlike alot of guys who work some desk job and take juice just to be the biggest guy in the gym. Then go back to the office, stand around the copier and talk about how much they bench.
We also know it is way harder to stay big & lean & strong, than just be some mass ball.
Thats why i am running a low dose of dbol and kicking in some anavar for strength gains, and some small weight gains.

so are are you 220 or 188 ? What kind of profesional athlete are you ? You are gaining 15 lbs on every major lift every time you are working out..that is (assuming you lift 4x per week ) 60 pounds heavier on each lift per week.So in 2 months 8 weeks on dbol and var if your bench was 225 it will be 705.....or do you mean 15 lbs heavier each week..meaning your bench would go from 225 to 345 ?Whats it like to be in perfect shape ? And whats so wrong about standing around the copier talking about how much I bench ?
