ventrogluteal Injections - MESO-Rx

Im considering doing these instead of glutes. Alot easier to get at from what I have heard. Also, there aren't any large nerves or blood vessels in that area which is a plus for me. The thought of hitting my sciatic nerve really freaks me out. The problem is, I have a pretty good idea where the target is but not 100% sure Ive got it right. Its a fairly small target too I think. The way things are turning out Im going to inject myself and find it hard to see what im doing if I shoot the glute. The ventrogluteal injection seemed like the next best thing. What are your thoughts?

I cant seem to find the "soft spot" thats suppose to be there. I appreciate your help, but screw it.

just take a loose needle and stab around for a little bit. Whenever you find a spot that doesn't squirt blood out the open needle then mark it with a sharpie. The sharpie will wash off after a couple of showers so, I like to avoid showering during a cycle to preserve the marks.

Just kidding.... but seriously, that's what I do.....

Shit, if I find the right spot Im going to leave the needle in forever and just screw and unscrew syringe as needed. Yeah, that looks like a hairy injection site I probably wont try for a long time.

I just injected in this site. MUCH easier than the dorsogluteal injection. I'm just practicing my injections with b12 at this point so I can't say how any volume of oil will feel in this spot but the process was pretty easy- in particular aspirating because you can get two hands on the syringe.
vman- i tried the sharpie method but the alcohol cleaned it off

Cool. I understand the site location but I have 2 questions:

1. Can you inject in both this site AND the dorsogluteal (aka "regular buttocks") site? Someone in the above posted T-nation thread said "yes you can" but I'd like to hear from anyone else if they know this to be true.

2. The maximum recommended volume to inject in the dorsogluteal (aka "regular buttocks") site is 3 ml (3cc). What is the maximum recommended volume to inject in the ventrogluteal site?

Ventroglute is my favorite spot. I cant even feel it. Unless I hit vein or something.
