 Vitamin B12 ??
Anyone know a good site that talks about b12 injectable? I have always heard about people taking it but I wasnt really sure what benefits it has for bodybuilding? Sound like a newbie, but I would like to know---oh well

The benefit is increased hunger. 1ml EOD should do the trick.... It can be IM or subcutaneously..... I mix it in with my regular shot and it looks like a lava lamp......
