is it illegal to order from overseas? i dont think its on the controled substance list

Proscar is not a controlled substance, and therefore under the FDA Pilot Guidance Act dated July 1988, you can leagally import a 90 day supply for personal use without a prescription.

Try took hook up with a US based UG Lab who produces it in liquid form. It will be a hell of a lot cheaper!
