Wanting to cut w/ Stanazol asap, Q's
Alright im just looking for a little help before I start my first cycle with Stan.
I am 22 years old, 5'11' and currently about 190 pounds. I have hardly lifted in the past 2 1/2 years and am only in moderate shape right now (mostly from playing basketball)
I still have a decent amount of muscle on me from when I lifted everyday in high school and first year of college. I mostly was doing strength training for football at the time. Problem is I have a few years of college working against me now and I would desperately like to lose some baggage and tone up. . .
My main questions are:
1) What should I do before starting a cut cycle w/ Stan? Should I start lifting again before starting the cycle? or just keep doing cardio? or can i start the cycle now?
2) What types of workouts should i be doing during the cycle? I dont need anything specific, just the TYPE of workout.
3) Should my diet still be high protein/low carb/no sugar (or very little)
4) From researching a lot of ppl say dont do a cycle of Stan by itself... Will I not see results? I dont have a desire to build much more muscle anyway. . .
