Here we go. Here's what I take on a normal daily basis: Multi-Vit Prevacid - for reflux Valtrex - grrrrrr Armour thyroid - Low thyroid function. So, taking this should negate the negative effects of DNP on thyroid function. Niaspan - cholesterol Aspirin - to help with the flushing from Niaspan Red Yeast Rice 600mg - just a great supp if ye ask me. Helps with lotsa stuff Hawthorne Berry 565mg - helps with BP and numerous other things too No, I don't have high BP Glucosamine 1170mg - bad arthritis in ankle from old break Here's what I will be taking while on DNP. Some on an as needed basis (like I don't think I'll start the ECA til I start to feel I need it). Tyrosine 1000mg - supports epinephrine, norepinephrine, seretonin, dopamine and a host of other things which regulate mood. CoQ10 100mg - for energy production Ephedrine HCL 25mg - duhhhh hehe Caffeine 200mg - same Aspirin 325mg - for stack Selenium 200mcg - antioxidant as well as promoting immune system function Nettle 870mg - helps with allergies as a preventative and is also good for healthy prostate Benedryl - a just in case I react to it supp Ok, the DNP I have (I know I said it in another thread) has: 100mg DNP NAC 100mg Green tea extract 150mg EGCG 75mg B5 100mg Forskolin 10mg Took my first 100mg today with CoQ10, nettle, selenium, glucosamine, tyrosine, red yeast and Hawthorne berry as well as my prescription drugs. Took it with a meal as they say DNP on an empty stomach is not a good feeling.

Hmmm....I don't know why but it won't let me edit the previous post. Odd. Anyway, I forgot to add a few things. I'm also taking fish oil....gradually working my way up but I'm at 3g/day right now. My weight and BF...probably what most are interested in. 5'10" 233lbs 23%bf as rated by an OMRON handheld Also, as a side note, initially there were some pretty concerning stomach pains but I think that was just because of the combination of things I put in there all at once. Will spread them out next time to see if there's a difference.

I wouldn't have thought this possible but I started reacting to it within a few hours. I shit you not. I was feeling warmer to the point that I was just starting to get a sheen of sweat on my brow. Granted, I'm a warm person to begin with and sweat easily but that was kinda weird. After about 6 hours of that it subsided. The pain in the stomach went away fairly quickly. Still think it was all those supps at one time. I'm spacing them out today and so far so good. No pain.

Weather... I see you take a number of items for your lipid profile... I do also and have had awesome results.... don't want to muddy this log on you but would be interested in discussing further... maybe PM or another thread...

Yeah when I take my DNP in the morning I will get nausea and stomach cramps unless I eat something solid. Normally I just have a protein shake but it hasen't been doing the trick laterly. Naudo11 |

Another day another 100mg down. This time I spaced all of my supps out and took the DNP all by its lonesome with a meal. Pefect feeling this time. No cramps or anything. Now, as for how I'm reacting, last night I sweat a bit. Not a lot but enough to say I did. After today's dose I felt warm for a bit afterward as well. Thus far no bad sides. Srch....start a new thread and we'll discuss it further.

Forgot to add that I have also taken pics and measurements already and will do so at the end as well and post the results. Got good sleep last night, no sweats. No ill sides....hell, no sides at all except for what the desired effects are. And no glow-in-the-dark fluids either! I decided to bump my time table up just a little bit and started 200mg today. So, that means I've done 3 days of 100mg so far plus today's 200. I did them 12 hours apart. After the morning dose I didn't notice anything different than before. The evening dose did make me warm a little bit quicker than the single dose did but I guess that makes sense. Temp is still nice and low (hell, I run sub 97 normally anyway) My diet hasn't been all that great either. Was nice and clean before I started but things just happen and I can't always eat perfect but I at least do the best I can. When I would normally eat the whole thing at once I try to partition it a bit and get the most protein first so that I fill up on that and max the protein with minimal carbs...by comparison.

Last night I sweat some more but I'm still keeping the blankets on all night. I also started my ECA stack finally...don't know if it's this or just the hours I keep but I'm feeling tired lately. Also, my wife is also doing a cycle--don't worry, she had a hysterectomy so no egg issues there and she's taking is NICE AND SLOW and is watching for any vision issues and will stop at the first sign. SHE is sleeping without covers already and is only on 100mg. She might get lucky and not need to go over 200 to get the kind of loss she's looking for.

That's hysterical but I really like her attitude LMAO ...I will admit I find the colored jizz funky and I definitely change some of my sexual escapades due to it...It will be interesting to know how she does as well...

This seems kinda odd but last night's dose and this morning's dose didn't really have that much of an effect on me. In fact, this morning's dose didn't do squat....no short term "heat wave" like I've gotten before. Now this afternoon I'm feeling a bit warmer but that may be due to the temp increase throughout the day. Dunno. Checked my temp today and this is strange as hell also....96.5. I haven't gone up at all. One side observation....I've been paying attention and it seems like an awful lot of DNP users are normally well below 98.6. To many docs this represents a thyroid problem. Low thyroid function equals lower metabolism which can equal more weight. Kinda seems like a big circle to me. Coincidence?
