Default Weight Gain Help needed....HELP!

Hey all I need some help....

I have been lifting for about 10 years on and off and am very familiar with the bulking diet or so I thought. I started my first AAS cycle and I am currently on week 3 of 500mg/wk Test-E/ D-bol cycle and I havent gained a single pound! All of my lifts have gone up considerably, I had to cut the d-bol from 40mgs per day to 30 mgs per day due to severe back pumps, and I am using Galenika Test Depot. I am also using .25 mgs of Arimidex ED. I currently weigh 218 pounds. I did however start the cycle around 14% BF and am now down to 12%.
Is it possible that I need to eat more? Heres a sample day for my diet. Some days it more and cleaner, sonedays it may be slightly less but not by much. Please critique and help me out if you can. I also know that my gear is legit as my friend and I are using the same gear from the same supplier bought at the same time and he is up like 6 pounds already.....We hit the gym hard 5 days a week. Bench has gone from 205 x10 3 sets to 245 x 10 3 sets. I just dont know what Im doing wrong and I want to take full advantage of my cycle.

Help Me!!!

Meal 1 - 05:00am - Bowl of cereal with .5 cup milk
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 2 - 09:00am - 1 cup of Oatmeal
6 Egg whites
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 3 - 11:30am - 1 chicken breast
1 can of green beans
1 cup of white rice
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 4 - 1:30 pm - 1 can tuna
1 baked potato plain
Meal 5 - 5:00pm - 1- 8 oz steak
.5 cup mac n cheese
1can green beans
1 potato
Workout 6:00pm - 8:00 pm

Meal 6 - 8:15 pm - 1 cup lowfat yogurt with tablespoon Peanut Butter
Dymatize Elite Protein shake

Hey there mate,
I have not done a cycle so as to the exact best diet on cycle if there is one I am not schooled on, so others who have cycled would be best to chip in and help answer.
But as for gaining weight through diet I have done that in the past with great results, first of all your 218lbs so you know you have to be getting 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, some people even aim for 2.5 - 3grams. and calories have to be decently high while on a cycle from what I have read and others have told me, alot more than your average joe would consume per day, around 4 thousand cals per day is what Ihave read alot of people do but this also depends on their weight etc.
I would suggest throwing in a couple more cups of rice or brown rice, and some sweet potato's, and with your protein are you using milk? or water? I would switch to milk if your using water, and on the subject of water are you drinking enough water?

Like I said I may not be the best to answer your question about dieting on cycle. I have just voiced what I know works for me and alot of other people I know.

I drink about 1.5 gallons os water per day. I have decided to add a meal replacement shake in between each meal for a total of 3 additonal meals(calorie wise) If anyone else can give me some input on why i might not be gaining, please chime in. I can definitely see that I am growing in my arms and shoulders, and actually today I broke my 220lb plateau, but it seems to be taking an awful long time.....shoud i just eat everything in sight? I am also concerned about BP as mine has risen with my first cycle,,,,,, was 120/80 and now hovers around 138/90 regularly.....should i be concerned? i think after week 4 when i drop the d-bol it may drop a little also.......

How many calories are you getting per day champ?
Also protein?
If you post that or a rough idea of what your calories look like we may be able to give you a bit better advice.

As for the high BP, have a look in the search or google, high bp on steroid cycle and you should get a few threads.
