Question weight loss and some cutting.

Hello MaxRep, I was referred to you for a little advice. I finished a bulking cycle about 3 months ago. I was on Deca, sust 250, and EQ. I gained a lot of muscle. I finished my PCT and I'm ready for my second cycle. I want to lose fat and get hard and I was wondering what you thought of this short 6 week cycle?

test prop 50mg EOD
fina 50 mg EOD
winny 50mg ED

Also, should I be doing high reps or keep the work out routine I did when bulking?

Thanks and don't be to harsh on me. I know guys that have done this cycle but I want to lose fat....

Well, if you ask me, I'd keep the bulking routine. I think that "cutting routines" tend to promote muscle loss, but that might just be me.

Also, be advised that the drugs have nothing to do with it. The determining factor in whether or not you lose bodyfat will be your diet.

Default OK diet

OK, i understand diet but ive been following the atkins diet. I know I know, a lot of people on here do not like that diet, should I modify say eating less fatty foods? Right now I eat hamburger meat(not the bread), bacon, chicken, tuna, tons of veggies, steaks, pork, sausage etc etc. Should I go, low carb with less fatty foods? I'm also leaving out alcohol until finished with this cycle. Please let me know.

IMO-- Atkins is not really for people that workout--
Your stats would help here--
I am not a big fan of ultra low carb diets--I think you loose too much muscle and your workouts are terrible-- Instead of just eating meat as you listed, have some carbs---just eat the right ones at the right times

ex--I have about 50-60 grams of carbs from oatmeal before my workout when I am dieting, but I usually dont go above 200 carbs(daily) at 230 lbs--
try adjusting your carbs where you have high and low days--I like this much better=== Obviously avoid alot of carbs near sleep

As far as working out, dont go to high reps/low weight, but you will have to adjust your weights and reps-- You are probably going to loose some strength while you diet--

Well gotta go to bed, hope that little bit of info helps

They're a minor aspect, which was my point. What's the difference between cutting with enanthate and eq and what he posted? Nothing, both cycles serve the same purpose; to preserve lean mass while in a caloric deficit.

Yeah, the way ive always handled and recommended cutting cycle was just to pick 1 drug, and use it.
i mean, really, diet is everything in a cutting cycle, the juice is just an aid to help maintain muscle, so there is no reason to go overboard and waste a bunch of juice while cutting.
Dont pressure your self to make strength or size gains, switch your workouts up, and still have heavy days. the focus of the cycle is to loose fat.

James, I didn't see your post until now and I recently sent you a response on your pm to me on this same question.

You're getting good advice from those here who are telling you diet is the prime determing factor in fat loss. Keep lifting heavy, do a little cardio, cut out any junk food and don't go too low on your carbs. Salads, vegtables, oatmeal and pasta are all good for you. Keep your protein high but reduce your caloric intake to where you notice you're losing just a little each week, 2 pounds or so, and you'll look great by the end of a 10-12 week cycle.

Good luck,
MaxRep

That's blasphemy! Sure, salad and vegetable, but pasta??? Have you gone insane? Carbs are the only thing in the world that make you fat. If you don't eat them, you can't get fat. And pasta and bread are the absolute worst carbs of them all. They're all the devil, but those two are the devil's father! LOL

For those who may have missed the sarcasm, I was just kidding.
