Default what about valium

valium is much safer and nonaddictive than xanax or ambien. Ambien does cause memory loss and can really be strange in higher doses. Valium is safe, nonaddictive, and will put you to sleep.

WTF!!!! who the heeelllllllllllll told you that. that shit is addictive. there's alot of housewives during the 60's and 70's that had to deal with their addictions, after breaking the tradition of staying home and not having more bambinos.
if you believe it's not addictive, then I got one question kid. Do you believe in Santa Clause? how about the toothfairy?

Anything that hits the GABA-A receptor has the potential to be addictive. Valium, Xannies, Ativan, Clonazepam, alcohol.............all are addictive.

Ambien is a closet Benzo. While nowhere near as addicting as Xannies, Ambien still hits the GABA-A receptor and should thus be respected (ie not abused).

I'm a benzo lover. Yes they are addictive and have some of the worst withdrawal symtoms of any drug from what i hear so be careful. Valium stays in you system for like 3 days. Xanax on the other hand has a 12 half-life, making it a better choice for body builders liking to wake up feeling refreshed. Serax is good too being the least liver toxic of all benzos and short acting. I have anxiety issues so I will probably use benzos off and on for the rest of my life. They are very useful and effective drugs and I feel definately have a place in the lives of body builders at all levels. I figure taking .5-1mg xanax is a heck of a lot better for me than drink a few beers. I've been using benzos in moderation for at least a couple years and really have nothing but good things to say about them. But don't get me wrong there not a miracle drug and do have they're drawbacks like anything else.
