 What Is The Absolute Best Way To Use Humalog
I am starting humalog at 9iu to start ive used it in the past but this time i dont want to put on much fat,, minimal is fine so far i use 9 iu upon waking have 5 g glutamin 5 g creatine with glucose a protein shake and a bowl of oat meall 2 to 3 hours later after my workout in the am i have another 9 iu's with the the same thing but intstead of the oatmeal its protein,, so far so good just want to get some more insight,,
