Take AG's advice, by the YHCL by itself, take 10-20mg with a strong cup of coffee on an empty stomach 15min's prior to cardio for optimum fat loss. start out dosing low and DO NOT OVERDOSE as there are severe and immediate side effects. Perhaps you need more sex to clear your mind, JB. Things like Cialis & Viagra work by causing veins to expand as well as slightly increasing blood pressure & thus metabolism. Or so the theory goes. I know a number of BBs who have plenty of access to these sexual aids who regularly take them before workouts to burn fat, cause vascularity, & generally increase blood flow into muscles. They say they have more endurance & can last longer (in the workout I mean!) than w/o the vascular dilatants.

In any case, we are talking about actual fat burning here. you have some strange friends who take viagra before workouts! Don't know the mechanics myself, only passing on information I've been told. I myself don't use sex aids for workouts, but I've seen viagra use before workouts mentioned on this forum too. It is dangerous for sure: If you're wearing tight gym shorts, you've got to be careful to monitor what comes to mind!
