What to do about bleeding stomach ulcers.

Last week I was at the gym doing my legs routine. I usually have problems after my workout with a nausious feeling, but felt decent after this one. I went down to the gym deli and got an orange to eat on the way to work and then have a protein drink. I got about a half block from the parking lot and my stomach started turning. I was hoping that I wasn't going to puke, but whata ya know. As soon as I opened my car door I started puking up everything in my stomach which wasn't much, just half an orange. I dry heaved a little and then I puked up a pretty good amount of blood. Not sure what it is, but am guessing it is a stomach ulcer giving me the problems. Sometimes I even get nasious during a back or shoulder workout. I find it harder and harder to keep taking all of my supplements. I am taking glutamine, chromium picolinate, lipoic acid, multi vitamin, vitamin c, choral calcium, LIV-52, BCAA powder, Acetyl-L Carnitine, clen, stacker 2, and dnp. I was not using the dnp when this happened though. As a matter of fact I hadn't taken any of my supplements yet after my workout when I got sick. Is their anything that I can do to heal my stomach without going to the doctor's office?

w/o going to the doctors? are you nuts? bro that is real serouis stuff i had this happen to me about 2 years ago. if you dont want to get the proper meds from the doctor to heal you shit all up it will get soo bad you will vomit after you eat jsut about anything. so if dont want to go to the doctor that bad take what you currently weight and minus at least 20lbs and all the muscle you have been working for. cause you will drop weight quick wit a bum stomche. take my advice go to the docs they will proly have to put you out and do a upper GI scope (camera that goes down into your stomache) to determin exactly what is wrong. hope this has helped you.

If you really don't want to go to a Dr. then go buy over the counter nexium.Take it 2x a day, 1/2 hour before a meal (important) Take it for a month at least.
That is basically the same thing a dr. would do for you although he would put a scope into your esophagus and stomach and look around first, just to make sure you dont have a tumor or something.

Go to the doctor Bro!!! I had a buddy that had bleeding ulcers and one paticular weekend he was shitting blood and went to the hospital and ended up needing a blood tranfusion.

I believe caffeine can also cause ulcers. I know cabbage is good for ulcers,but i don't know about bleeding ones.
