What do u look for for gyno? symptoms

I know the basics . sore nipps itchy nipps and lump aeound nipple.. i dont seem to have any of these symptoms i am running deca 200 mg wk and 400 mg test cyph wk and am taking arimidex should i be alright with dose and what should i look for.. im doing .25 dex a day some advice needed ty

On that cycle, you'd likely be safe w/o dex. But some people are inclined toward gyno, so now you're playing it safe. Nips, I think, generally get more sensitive & may become more defined on cycle, but IMO that's not yet "gyno".

Should add that using a potent anti-estro like armidex or femara from the beginning of a cycle probably slows the rate of growth otherwise attainable.

To back up what Solo said, if you already had fat around your nipples before the cycle (not gyno, just regular body fat), then as the cycle progresses and you hold some water in your pecs and your muscles grow more; your nipple fat may become a little more prominent.

so if my nipps dont hurt or sensative and dont itch im good

yea you should be good man ull notice if you really start to get symtoms like for me i notice a slight lump or irritation only in my left nipp im not really prone to getting gyno or any sides only on heavy bulk cycles so i have my PCT ready at all times.

Right, you're all man. But if your nipps don't gain some sensitivity, you're missing out on an a surprise extra during da making 'o de love.
