Well bros, ive decided to start a post in hopes of creating an informative thread on what we do to maximize our gains while on cycle... so what do you guys do? what other supplements do you take? How do you get the most outve your cycle?
I for one keep all dosages consistent, always taking the same amount at the same time every day/every week ... i keep my workouts consistent as well, always training at the same time every day or week ... i also eat at the same times, i currently dont take other supplements when im on ... but have found that the simple goal of maintaining consistency in my eating sleeping training has led to great gains ...
what do you guys to maximize your gains, what have you found - that when added to a cycle or certain gear really aids in your gains? just curious...

That pretty much summs it up.
I sometimes take a day out of the week, (usually not planned) and take in less food than I really need. I follow that with a day of pounding in the food. Your body goes into a state of panic om low calorie day....then turns into a sponge and stores nutrients like crazy.
You can do this by simply "cycling" your carbs. Every 3 days. On day 3 eat less carbs. On day 4 pound more carbs, yur body soaks em up man. This works good on a 2 days on, 1 day off ,2 days on, 1day off, training schedule. So your off days you consume less carbs, cuz yur not training it shouldnt hurt ya.
I like to pound some Propinate every few days no matter what. Thats why I like Sust. Prope just blows ya up. 100mg of Prope is equal to 200mg of Enanthate.
Just my 2 cents. Currently 260 @ 6'-1"...and not fat and bloated.
hmm ... im not sure about test prop being twice as strong as enanthate, i beleive that is quite the overstatement ... it is true that shorter esters are lighter and faster acting - but not by much ... the enanthate ester is larger, longer and heavier than the prop or acetate ester
100mgs of testosterone enanthate = 90mgs of test prop ... on mg/mg basis the enanthate ester is somewhat heavier .. is this enough to effect gains? no

It has been stated that taking 100mg of PROPINATE is the equivalent to taking 50mg of ENANTHATE. Not an overstatement at all. Propinate is much stronger than E. Thats why a lot of guys use it all season long. If ya can take the pain you will feel the gain.
Test Prop is about 83mgs of pure test per 100mgs while test E is 72mgs/ 100mgs.

what more do i do than this for great gains?nothing much, theres no better way than what youve just said. sometimes i switch my foods around a little, tweaking things here and there.
sometimes i might add an extra days training in too, but not all the time to avoid overtraining.
the thing i focus on most than anything is reaching that nutrition line day in day out.

On another post you said you took 3 grams of oral Tren a week on a cycle.
(That amount could completely shut down the liver.)

?? but... shouldnt you consume evern more nutrition than ever???, its your off days you should be looking to consume more than on your training days id of thought, as your off days are when your body starts growing, recovering and healing from the days training before, not when your in the gym.
wouldnt this mean during this time, your body will be crying out for even more nutrition?????

The reason you can cut back on your carbs is because carbs are used mainly for energy and if your not working out you won't be burning as much cals.
You can eat more protein if you like in place of carbs if you want.
