Bulker- 1 cup of oats, 8 eggs/1yolk, 1 scoop of whey, turkey sausage, oj or fruit, some skim milk......If I am running late, 1.5 cups of oats, 1tbsp of nattypb and 2 scoops of whey, 5 eggwhites, blended.
cutter/keto- 6 eggs/3yolks, steak or chicken (amount varies on how much am cardio I did), 1tbsp of olive oil.
cutter/clean- 1 cup of oats, 5 eggwhites, 1 scoop of whey.
There is no such thing as maintenence for me. I am never satisfied. It kinda sucks because when I am cutting, I am anxious to bulk, and when I bulk, I am anxious to cut.
