What do you think to this?

Could someone please comment on the following. I am a 41 year old male who is getting back into bodybuilding just for the lifestyle thing - to start with anyway. I am an experienced trainer and have, over the years, exhausted my natural potential. I am thinking of taking a couse of Sustanon over about 4 weeks just to start with to see how I get on. I will take 1 jab on week 1, 2 jabs per week on weeks 2 & 3 and 1 jab on week 4 to finish off. What I would like to know is, will I need to do post cycle stuff ie HCG/clomid etc or will this short cycle not need it. Also, will I need to take an anti estrogen such as nolvadex during the cycle with this dosage. I am not concerned about water retention but mainly gyno. Please note that I have done my research as far as I can but the info on post cycle therapy and anti estrogen therapy is somewhat scetchy as there seems to be no clear cut routine.

That's not really a good cycle at all. If you want to do something do it right.

Sust should be shot every other day, not once a week. Plus you should run it for more like 8 weeks to get more results, not 4.

ive never been a fan of short cycle and tapering up or down...as for your cycle...you will not see much from it.you would be better off with a 8 to 10 weeker.if you want to do a test only cycle...fine it will work,but you need to give it more than 4 weeks and dont taper.you will need nolva,clomid and if you wish hcg.

There's ALOT to know and read.

Basically people expect you to read all the basic literature before you get much help.

Some key prompter all should know (search for more info):

- estrogen blocking
- Test `aromatises` to estrogen (i.e. Sus250)
- estrogen causes Bitch Tits aka `Gyno'. i.e. bob from FightClub
- watch the law, if you in UK I can advise
- Deca also can cause Gyno but via the other female hormone and hence can't be mitigated
- the 'roids vary in toxicity too; i.e. Masteron v.toxic vs Anavar (=not nearly as bad)
- there isn't a single steroid without problems but there are ones that have been given to kids with stunted growth; girls too

Remember this is only a first cycle so surely I don't need to shoot every other day this time round....do I?

I think you need to research more. People shoot Sust EOD because it has 2 short and 2 long esters. The short esters means one needs to shoot often. Even with the 2 long esters you would need to shoot at least twice a week, not once a week.
