Injecting water based in vein might not be as bad as oil based but not sure if it will end up pumping through your heart or not.i can tell you this..if you did go into a vein you will most likely tase it in your mouth as soon as it happens.Why are you asking ???/

you will die not really. where did you inject it? you shoulda aspirated to make sure first, and then if you did end up bleeding more than normal you probably just nicked a small one. it makes its way into the blood stream anyway

It didn't actually happen. I was just wandering if anyone had that experience with winni and what were the effects? From what I’ve read it seems that the effects from injecting into a vein were due to the oil, not the steroid.

It wasn't winny but I must have went threw a vein once, because after I injected everything started spinning and I hit the floor for about 5 minutes. With that taste in my mouth.

A lot of the times people incur a vaso vagal response. That's when your vagus nerve is stimulated. It happens when some people get shots or stuck with needles or see blood. That could be some of it, it may snowball your vegal tone. But surely if you actually inj. oil INTO a vein, which likely only seepage would occur anyway, you would feel that type of response as well.
