 What can help my knees
Dr. Llewellyn, Since my junior year in high school I've had four knee surgeries after athletic injury. Cartilage has been removed from the medial meniscus on my left knee and lateral meniscus on my right knee I've had an ACL reconstruction on that right knee and have now torn the medial meniscus on the same side. Are there any particular supplements (besides glucosamine) that can help build these joints. And no, hanging it up is not an option. Thank you        |
