Do NOT raise your adex dose. In fact, go back down to what you were taking before. If you just started your cycle on Fri, there is NO way your body has a large amount of circulating estrogen and by upping your adex dose you will drive E2 levels down even further and aggrivate your current state. Like Jas said, there is probably another underlying issue or else you have completely zapped your estro levels out the door. Come off the adex for 1 weeks and see how you feel. If there is no change, then keep going at .25mgs 2x per week and NO more unless needed and you will need to look at other factors besides estrogen

hormone / value / ranges

Albumin - 53,2 <35-53>
prolactin - 245 <72-407>
estradiol 60 <0-160> that is same as 18.75 < 0-50>
SHBG 14,9 <11-80>
total testosterone 96 < 5-30>
free testosteron 2 960 nmol/L = 3.08 % <163-847>
Bio-active testosterone - 85.2 nmol/L = 88.7 % <2.15-17.7>

So my estradiol looks fine... I am already not depressed but I feel only like I am off cycle :-)

i usually feel benefits of testosterone ( good mood, no one day when I am depressed, libido, horny like a horse )

I lowered dose to .5mg/ 3 times a week - and this dose looks fine ....
