Hello! Im 17yr old, by this date i've trained for 5 1/2 month..
When i started training, i wanted to grow bigger, not bodybuiderbig, but i'm thin and want to get.. medium. Now after 4 1/2 month training, ive only got stronger, not exactly any bigger. Only thin and strong. My body is like burning all fat i eat away.
And i want to know; what kind of steroids should i buy to get stronger, some kinda "fatter" and improve my skills? This winter i'm going to train about 3-5 days each week..
My weight: 70kg.
Max lift (aww.. that "bench pressure" ex.. dont know english word =)), 75kg. Started at 35.
- Want to get stronger and a bit more meat at my body.
- Don't look like a big body builder. I want bigger biceps, abdominals and chest And look bigger than i am now (not MUCH bigger, but a little)
- When and how do i eat those pills? (im having some oral ones not injection..)
- Where on the net is it best and safest to buy, and send in money.. No credit card.. Bill is ok.
No offense, but 17? You probably won't reach physical maturity until your early to mid 20s. Eat more protein, train, and get plenty of rest. Oh yeah, don't buy steroids off a website.
You haven't been training long enough for steroids bro & you are too yound IMO,no offense...but at your age your diet and training are the most important aspects.
Make sure you are eating around 3500- 4500calories perday...lots of protein(fish,eggs,steak,chicken,etc),drink a lotta milk as well...Eat every 2 hours,spend that 'steroid' money on food and a good protein mix.Your goal is to consume 250-300 grams of protein/everyday...since your are trying to bulk,you should takle in 50-100 grams of carbs per meal as well,from fruit and whole grains.
Do not overtrain,that seems to be most guys mistake when they get into BB,only train each body part once per week... example...
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back & Legs
Wednesday-off
Thursday- Biceps/triceps
Friday- Shoulder and traps
Get in and get your workout done,my workouts take no longer than 45-60minutes.

17?? You still have a lot of growing to do on your own..you start messing with juice and you can seriously screw your body up. Your body still hasn't reached it's peak natural testosterone production. wait untill you are at least 21 or 22 to even think about it....My first cycle was when I was 20. Did a very light one though (300mg Test, 200mg Deca a week and 20mg Dbol/day). Keep training natural and eating good so when it is time to do a cycle you blow up.
add up the amount of calories that you eat in a normal day, multiply by 2, and that is how many calories you should eat to gain weight. you shouldnt use steroids until you're in your 20's.
Asking for sources is a no no my friend. There's a place on this forum titled 'classifieds'. But until you follow a proper training and diet program as the boys above have stated, I recommend you just stay put and read for another few years...

LOL, funny way to start my morning.... orals ONLY? Websites you can send money to and/or bill it to you? I'd say learn and research first, train naturally for at least 5 years use lots of creatine, protein, gluatmine, vitamins/minerals, antioxidants and mainly lots of whole food(protein,fiber and good fats)
This is the reason why steroids are considered 'bad' in our society, of course if you are that young and use hormones, there will be a bad reaction, you don't need more hormones, your natural levels are already high you are still growing, you will fuck up your endocrine system and suffer from mostly 'bad sides' from test or any other hormone you'd use. Don't do it! no need for it.

You still have A LOT of growing to do naturally.I was 33 years old and training natural for 10 years before I did my first cycle.I also spent close to 3 years on various boards researching like crazy.It was all worth the wait.
