What Is The Minimal Effective Dose of Testosterone?

I am thinking of doing one more cycle, but weak. I am dieting and doing a lot of cardio to get cut. After that i want to add a couple pounds but nothing dramatic cause i want minimize the hairloss that i am currently experiencing. I was thinking of taking test e, or test cyp. at 250-300mg/week. Or i was thinking maybe some sustanon 250 @ 300-350mg/week.

what do you guys think? should i add any finasteride/propecia? if i do, will it hinder any results and if so what should i do?

I did 250mg every 5 days and it worked very well....so I would say 300mg at least a week.

that's a mild cycle.. but it should be enough to offset catabolism.. I'd say that 300mg weekly would work for the purposes you have in mind..

I believe normal hpta shuts down right around the 250mg/week mark. I would run at the very least 300mgs to make sure that you are going to see any benefits instead of just doing enough to shut down natural production which would be pointless.

If you are gonna shut down your normal production make it count, I would go with a nice 500mgs. If you are so worried about losing hair then take the proper precautions or do not use juice. Weigh out your options.

If you are cutting, I geuss 250mg will do the trick if you are below your natural limits. If you are concerned about hairloss, I geuss Testosterone is not a good choice, why not try using less Testo and blend it with some EQ, Primo or Deca?

It all depends you know, but testo is not so good for you hair.

It all depends you know, but testo is not so good for you hair.

Test needs to be the base of every cycle.. You should never run Deca by itself... EVER! Nor should you ever use EQ by itself either.. (You can if you don't mind trading impotence and lack of sex drive for your hair.. and if you want to know the truth.. that low of a dose of test 300mg-500mg weekly would have very little if any effect on the hair line... also.. get some propecia or proscar if you're that concerned..
