Yeah I'm sure I will get flamed pretty damn bad for this but i'll give it a shot anyways, sorry. Okay, so I want to get bigger, this protein and eating right thing isnt working very well for me as I have been doing it and working out pretty hard for the past 3 months and have honest to god lost more weight than gained. I have gotten stronger in that time period but just lost weight, down to 165, from 170. I'm cut really well I would just like to get bigger muscles etc. Ok so down to the point of this topic... I have never taken steroids, quite frankly I am kind of SCARED to take them because I have read so many stories on the internet of people saying it ruined their lives, and lost all their friends... and then they suggest noone to take them etc. My friend has gotten his hands on some winstrol and he wants me to do a 6 week cycle with him. My question here is.. if i did a 6 week cycle of winstrol would i notice anything and if so, would it stay if i continued working out without taking anymore roids? Also, if doing a 6 week cycle isnt really a good idea could you please suggest something to me possible an oral anabolic or possible a good prohormone or something?? Thanks alot for any advice. |

I'd listen to PDP on this. As you are already cut up, and you want to get bigger, not more cut, Winstrol won't help you. Ok, you might get some strength increase with it, which in turn means you lift bigger, so you can get bigger, but the underlying rule is that you need to feed to get bigger. No, just an oral anabolic cycle would not help you. If you used dbol to get big, you'll just bloat up, have lots of water retention, then go just go back to the size you were before you started. I'm sure some people will say that they have had results from oral only cycles, but I wouldn't do it. I also think it's best to be knowledgable, not scared of steroids. Using roids has not changed me in the slightest...apart from my physical appearance. |

So you've been lifting hard and eating right for a WHOLE 3 months! Bro, you need to listen to these other guys. Put down the AAS for now and put more food in your mouth instead. After that, jump on the training post and check out the 5x5s and other programs. You WILL get bigger. |

Probably doing lots of reps and basically overtraining. Check out the training forum and nutrition forum as well. You're really just taking the first steps on a long disciplined life style. Are you really ready to commit???

Be patient bro three months is nothing give your self more time. set long term goals like a year or so. Then think about aas. And listen to the people on the board. It is a fact that you have to eat to gain. Good luck.

At 3 months of training you have absolutely no business considering AAS. If youve lost weight during that time, then you arent eating enough. Plain and simple. Eat more and you'll grow. And dont give me the whole "but I already stuff my face" bullshit that so many people use as an excuse. If youre losing weight then youre likely only eating 2000-2500 calories a day. Youd have to be 120 pounds to grow on that. Up the calories, skip the AAS, and start the 5x5 training program discussed in our training forum. |

No, I cannot say that I have been "stuffing my face." Not by any means at that. I have been focusing alot on eating food GOOD for me, but no not eating ALOT of food. I am an athlete, I play baseball, I know ALOT about training however I think that you are right when you say I have probably been OVER training, because of the simple fact that my desire to gain size just forces me to be in the gym every day rather than giving it a rest. |

i started lifting hard at age 23 i was 170 when i started at 6'2. i eat as much as i could and did not have any sups NOTHING no whey nothing because i was locked up in the bighouse two years later i left and tipped the scale at 240 they tested me for roids two times. after i still did no roids for years, not to be a jerk but you have no right to even think about roids. do it the right way it will pay off in the end. squats and deads hard and do them right none of this quarter way down b.s. touch your ass on the floor. |
