Danazol??

I'm an amature kickboxer and have been prescribed 400mg of Danazol a day to treat a blood disorder. I work out regularly and have recently started a weightlifting program.

Does anyone know what I might expect? Does Danazol build muscle mass? I can't seem to find any information on it.
