Sydney (dpa) - Australian Customs officers have charged Hollywood tough guy Sylvester Stallone over banned substances found in his luggage when he arrived at Sydney airport from the United States in February, news reports said Monday.

Stallone, who arrived in Sydney to attend the local premiere of the sixth instalment of the Rocky series, will be represented by his lawyer at a hearing in a Sydney court Tuesday.

The 60-year-old star is thought to be in Thailand filming his next action movie, Rambo IV.

The banned substances are believed to be body-building drugs. When he was in Sydney Stallone told reporters the suspect chemicals were ones he had "taken for years."

At that time, members of the Stallone's entourage were seen throwing items out of the hotel window as Customs officers entered the harbourside Park Hyatt Hotel where he was staying.

Stallone was allowed to leave Australia after his private jet was searched.

Stallone, der Sly, is a very rich, very bright man. He would use only the best of the best with the best advice & probably a doc in his entourage. I read a mention that within the bags of his entourage (probably for them, 60 year old Rocky built like he is wouldn't need'em ) were found "a variety of anabolic steroids and growth hormones". Money, privacy, private physician, best of the best, a very good reason to be buff as possible — what would you choose to do? The mind boggles.

When I read this at first I got angry but then realized that this is just an absolutely uneducated individual who is writing on her blog. So when I realize that it isn't so hard to let it go. I definitely think that Sly has a private doctor to check his hormones levels and to consult with but I don't see why he would need a doctor with him constantly. I am sure he has developed his own stacks, cycles and injected himself for years.
