o for real i may try that after my program by the way u kno anything that i can take besides creatine and protein that will help me out. Like anavar i think would be best but dont know for sure.

which would be best for vert as winny hurts the joints i was just thinking about var but u said deca. Tell me what you think the best combo is and maybe some dossage tips and how long i should run the cycle for caus ei need 10 inches and ill be at a standing 40 inch vert and im willing to do anything in conjuction with my training to get me there. dont know if u have run anything before but just by looking at you i would run 250-500 mg of test and 400mg of deca a week...for 12 weeks straight... you will stay lean like i do....and eat fairly clean but dont be afraid to eat some fat also. That will definately do the trick..... Have fun!! |

I don't mean to be a dick, but you and other people giving out bad advice should be flamed so that you aren't taken seriously. A Deca/Winstrol cycle is a horrible cycle... Your dick will go limp (unless your natural test levels are through the roof cause your still 17-22 years old) with out test in the cycle. Deca is a long estered steroid. Winstrol (oral or injected) is short estered...Meaning Deca doesn't kick in for the first 3-5 weeks and it stays in you for 3-5 weeks after your last shot. So you'd have to run winny for at least 6 weeks just to have it in your system with the Deca. Winny is one of the worst of all AAS for your liver meaning you should limit use to 4-6 weeks max. Bad timing. Deca is an excellent bulker when used properly. Winstrol is a great cutter when used properly. For maximum effect, a cycle should either be a bulker or a cutter. Not both at once. Granted, diet and training have as much (if not more) to do with bulking/cutting as AAS, but it makes no sense to run a long estered bulker with a short estered cutter with no testosterone. You should hang out and read meso everyday, but if you feel like typing I suggest you do your History paper because you don't know what the hell you are talking about when it comes to juice.
