What was your first cycle?

My first cycle............I was a dumb ass.

I started taking 100mg of Anadrol ED and 400mg of Deca a week

Then I found out that "Hey that's not a good idea" so I added Sustanon to it at 500mg EW and then after a few weeks went up to 750mg EW.

Did it kill me?............................................... .....NO
Did I need all of that?.......................................HELL NO
If I could do it differently would I?...................YES
Was I a DUMB ASS...........................................HELL YES

I actually when into my AAS career after a lot of research and some good bros to guide me along.

Durateston 250. I did one amp per week for 8 weeks. Great gains...

1-12 week - 500mg Test E ew
1-5 week - 30mg Dbol

Am I a dumb ass, I will tell you in 12 week haha

250 sustanon taken at 125 mg twice a week for 12 weeks. i started low and pretty much have always cycled moderately highest mg a week so far is 800 of t400 for 10 weeks
