That all depends bro, if you weigh 400lbs 100's ain't shit. But if you are a buck 50 then that's a fair amount. I'd say if you can do your body weight for at least ten perfect reps then you are doing okay.

Default whats correctly??

ive been training 12 years so I know what im doing pretty much...but to be honest, I havent trained heavy in years cause ive always gotten nice results going moderate to light with high reps....also, never really did dumbell incline presses cause it was hard for me to really naill my upper chest like with the smith machine or even incline press....but now since im dieting, for some reason my chest is lagging more than ever and alot of people reccomend that i give this excercise a try and go heavy...now, i set the bench to the second notch up....the first is a very slight incline...maybe 20 degrees...the second is between maybe 35-40...i bring the weight down along side of my upper chest..no boune...and try and bring up above eyes....shoulder pinched and rolled back against bench...now, how do u keep ur wrists???do u have the bar resting so that you have it against the bone instead of wrists back??? and how should the elbows be???? ive heard so many different answers...

i hope you arent saying your bodyweight for each arm...seeing that you said "100's aint shit" that is what it seems like you mean to me. im 5'7" 230 and i think that if you are pushing 100s for each hand you're doing fine at my size, 120s are good - and this is with me flat benching 415 so im far from weak.

Default thats what i was wondering

i do about 110s for strict 8....havent done them in a long time before today...but it was confusing cause i only do 225lbs on the incline press for 8....and 110s for 8 is stronger than the bullshit 225 for 8....i was i was surprised it went that easy for me...im 5ft11 and 210lbs now...and dieting.....

Exactlty, 115 for you is good (230/2) You probably have shorter arms so that will help your lift too....

There are too many factors but a good indictor is bodyweight...
