Default Whats the difference progesterone and prolactin?

I just received my bottle of bromocriptine in the mail.I read the insert and it says its clinically used to stop the secretion of prolactin.I plan on using this drug for my progesterone induced gynecomastia as i have developed lumps in sides of my chest from using trenbolone.

tren causes prolactin induced gyno, NOT progesterone, so your bromo will help

Tren causes prolactin issues VIA tren's conversion to a progestin

Is this conversion of trn to progestin or whatever also the reason for a problem i have.
I´m using ca. 500mg tren enanthat per week along with many other drugs and 200mg test prop daily in my diet. In the last 2 weeks before my diet i drop the test to 100mg/day and my sexdrive and even my ability to get a hard on vanishes within days! I never experienced this without the tren. Usually 100mg prop/day made me horny like shit.

Most likely. Elevated prolactin levels also work to shutdown HPTA and affect libido indirectly too, but they also affect neurotransmitter levels, such as dopamine, which can have all sorts of negative physiological effects

Hey Einstein, I know this has been asked before, but I'd like to be sure. I have heard that after orgasm, the reason a man's libido immediately falls and he feels that feeling of satisfaction sexually, is because of a direct result of a sudden elevation in prolactin levels.

My question is, does cabergoline help to decrease the levels of prolactin to the point that a man's refractory period can lessened?

Thanks bro

Yep, this is exactly the case...postcoital indifference has been linked to a spike in prolactin levels....cabergoline reduces this, thus reducing the refractory period.

Since it's a dopamine receptor agonist, does that mean it also prevents the feeling of satisfaction?

dopamine receptor agonist, i.e. it mimics dopamine, so it increases the sense of satisfaction/well-being. They've attempted, with some success, to use dopamine receptor agonists to treat addictions too....to "quench" the need for dopamine.
