I'm 21 yo and into mixed martial arts. I plan on fighting no holds barred and do jiu jitsu/ muay thai regularly. I'm about 6'1" and 210 lbs right now but would probly get down around 195 in fighting shape. I want to be at 205 when i'm infighting shape (which means having been on a strict diet and excessive grappling/cardio every day for a long time). WHAT IS A GOOD CYCLE FOR SOMEONE DOING MMA AND NO HOLDS BARRED FIGHTING? I've heard alot of contradicting stuff out there and am looking for some clarification. thanks guys.
You should always use a base of Test Cyp or Test Enanth. Depending on your experience somewhere in the range of 300-500 mgs per wk. Since you want to keep your bodyweight down you dont want to use hi aromatizing AAS such as Anadrol or Dbol so I would go with EQ at approx 400-600 mgs per wk. Run this cycle for 10 wks. You can also use Tren which will make you meaner than a pitbull IMO. For Tren A go with 100 mgs eod OR Tren E 150-200 mgs twice per wk.....totalling 300 -400 mgs per wk. The Tren will keep you nice and lean even if your diet is not super clean. Hope this helps.

That's a horrendous cycle for MMA. Tren will kill your gas. It did mine, anyhow. As soon as I dropped down to just test, my gas went way up. I'd advise what I sent in reply to your PM. Whatever you choose, just keep your doses really light. Whatever people on the boards are using, cut that in a third. Hell, most of the bodybuilders on the boards should be using half of what they are.

This can be tough, and it can effect what weight you want to come in. Personally I would imagine test prop+winstol. This will keep you lean and mean. take some glucosamine for potential joint stiffness or pain. Honestly I don't think steroids are the best thing for MMA depending on your style, it's not gonna help and sometimes hinders you. I know I have a friend who is currently training for MMA competition at the end of this month, a few months ago he started a cycle of test but it slowed him down so he quit it. I do think prop+winny will keep your speed and keep you lean though. but listen to the other guys first, they be smart fellas.

Not in my experience. I also fight MMA and that cycle I recommended did wonders for my endurance....but everybody responds differently.
I know i can get access to test prop. and winny. I know the winny is tough on your joints , but lke i said i'd be doing a light probably 10 week cycle. I would also go light on the submissions while takin the winstrol. I'm thinkin 70-8o mg test eod and unsure of how i wanna divide up the winny. I have 20 cc of it (winny) and dont really wanna use more unless i have to. any advice?

The glucosamine will help with the joints as far as winny, you can buy that pretty much anywhere as it is a supplement. I would take the prop 100mg EOD and 50-100mg of winny with it EOD. Preferably 50mg ED though for the winny. Winny will get you hard and may help with your speed, also help with retaining water not that that would be much of a problem with propinate. Winny is what ben johnson took to win the gold medal in the olympics, and what fernando vargas took in his fight vs dela hoya (he lost though) and looked ripped like enver before. In MMA it's hard not to get injured sometime during training so just be extra aware of this while on a cycle.
