When is Clomid better than Nolvadex?

I read often that Nolvadex is claimed to be better than Clomid, however, when I look at PCT recommendations, they always seem to include some clomid.
Is Clomid better than Nolvadex for PCT?
Is Clomid better than Nolvadex to minimize testicular shrinkage during a cycle?

IMO Clomid is better for "jump starting the boys" and has some anti-E properties. Nolvadex is a better Anti-E but also "jump starts the boys".
So IMO, Use Nolv if your main goal is Anti-E.
Use Clomid if your main goal is to wake up the boys
I know there will be plenty of ppl debating this. I think most ppl think Nolv is far superior to Clomid for both purposes.
