 When to discontinue DNP precontest?
What's everyone's opinion of the best time to discontinue DNP precontest? i want to run DNP as long as possible until my contest without having any remaining bloat. i'm thinking 14 days out i should discontinue. thoughts?

That's what I would say. 14 days to be safe. It may only take a week (or less) for some people, but I'd give plenty of time for the DNP to clear, for the bloat to subside, and for glycogen to refill.

im on, and fatter than you, and it takes me 7-10 days to look dry after the DNP clears.

I agree with 14 days should give you plenty of time to dial in for your show with carb up
