When do I start cranking in the HCG & the Nolva during or after my cycle?

I've always been damn confused on the pct stuff only understanding bits and pieces of the various functions.

I did have the forethought to track down 5000iu of HCG and a bunch of Nolva as well. I can get more if needed.

My cycle is light consisting only of 300 mg test and 200 mg EQ per week as even less than this has in years past worked splendidly for me resulting in 10-15#'s gains w/ no significant water weight. The cycle should run for 10 weeks.

At what point should I add in the HCG and in what doses?

What about the Nolva?

depends on what type your using, nolvadex is used a certin number of days after your last injection. HCG i belive is used eather throughout the whole cycle or towards the end before the nolvadex. im kinda new to this stuff but thats what i understand to be so far.

There are very mixed views on when to run HCG as you will find a whole load of people who run it through a cycle, and others who use it after.

I'm running sust and deca at the moment and will start the hcg the day after my last shot of sust, before going on to the nolva
