I would say it may take about 3 weeks to get some decent results on the Test E, yet the Tren you should be getting some results already. Give it another week and see how your results are. If needed up the amount of Tren, yet I would not think you need to. 60mg/day should be plenty more than enough your first time around. |

Ummm, so at 60mg/day of tren you should absolutely be experiencing some differences, one cycle, six cycles or ten cycles. Depending on how lean you are, you would only just begin seeing the physical changes, but you should have already seen some differences in strength. I also become more focused everywhere, not just in the gym. Even walking down the street I feel more intense, more in control, more powerful. Heady stuff. That said, a 20% change in strength is way to much to expect. Particularly if you have done six cycles and are already putting up heavy weights. If you jumped 20% in max weight in two weeks when you are already neurologically adapted to the exercises, you would end up hurting yourself. Badly. Torn ligament, muscle, broken bones, whatever. Just give it a bit of time, and set realistic goals. Fraggle. |

damn now you got me wanting to bump up the Tren.. or the Test.. heh.. I'm almost 30 days, differences but nothing crazy.. starting bf% matters.

Thanks for the advice guys; cheers Shredded. By the way, after my workout yesterday I did get some very positive comments from some fellow bber's. It's harder to see changes in yourself than it is for others! p.s. I'll let you know how I'm travelling next week. |
