if i took dbol, 50mg per pill, should i take it 1-2 hours before working out? I know smaller pills are to be divided throughout the day, but what about bigger i pill doses?
Also, just posted similar topic in other thread. My bulker, i've narrowed it down to these: just need some tweaking.
1) 50mg dbol daily weeks 1-4, and 8-12
900mgs
test enan weeks 1-12
EQ 600mgs weeks 1-12
OR
2) 50mg dbol weeks 1-4
900mgs
test enan weeks 1-12
Tren enan(not sure of dose) weeks 5-12
(and save
EQ for cutter, which is when
EQ is more effective for me)
OR
3) 50mgs dbol weeks 1-4
900mgs
test enan weeks 1-12,maybe push to 14 weeks
EQ 600mgs weeks 1-12,maybe push to 14 weeks
tren enan weeks 5-12, also maybe to 14th week.
have enough for everything on hand except for
tren, diet will be on key,
have PCT covered. 5'6"-5'7", 160, BF around 14% (never accurately checked), few runs under my belt (learning more each time), in my 30's. I know, get more knowledgeable, blah blah blah, few runs and still only 160 lbs? well, was a full grown adult at 135lbs, so it did something. Also, was injured, so couldnt lift hard, but concentrated on cardio and lost 10-15 pounds, mostly fat, but i'm sure without traing lost some muscle too. Thanks for the help, guys, that's why I come to this board.
