Q: heard so manny different answers about when to take HGH,, i´m on hgh, takes 5IU a day, 2,5 1 hour before breakfast and 2,5 PWO,,, should i take it all PWO ??
What is best !?

I like to take it first thing in the morning and again in the early afternoon, about 6 hours after first injection.

PWO isn't really necessary, in the morning is fine and 6-8 hours later is ok.

Also are you wanting to simply burn fat or are you interested in putting on more mass?

Because rHGH is really not a mass builder at all. It is has low anabolic properties.

for building mass you're better off taking what you would take in one week and divide into 3 shot PWO work out.
