When to begin Winstrol?

I have been lifting for two months now and want to get ripped up for summer. I've got a little spare tire around my midsection. My qestion is how long should I lift before starting a cycle of Winnew, which I've never done b4?

Forget the Winstrol and get your diet in check. Do some cardio, that would be better for you. Lifting two months isn't nothing, quite wanting to take short cuts. AAS isn't going to help if you are not training and eating right.

I'm doing both, running 3mi. every other day and consuming 1500calories a day also. I'm also hitting a heavy bag for 5 three minute rounds and totaling around 1000 punches for the five rounds. I'm not trying to take a shortcut but just hoping to get harder and more defined. I'm 35 and youth isn't on my side like it used to be.

Wow....you trained for an entire 2 months without using steroids...you should be proud.

Here is the cycle you need to be doing now that you have put in so much hard natural work
1-16 Test E 1500mg per week
1-16 QQ 800mg pre week
1-16 Deca 900mg per week
1-8 D-bol 100mg ED
8-19 Anadro;l 200mg ED
1-16 Haloteston 75mg ED
5-10 Winny 300mg every day

1500 is way too low calories.. that will definitely stop fatloss dead in it's tracks... your body will slow its metabolism way down when you starve yourself like that while at the same time doing alot of exercise

If you want to cut then use Tren .. We all need motivation sometimes and Tren will help you with that as well as cut you up .. When you start the cycle get your diet in order and train like an animal ...
