When should I take my dbol if I work out at 4 so that it will be most effective?

and in what doses, I will be taking between 30-50mg/day

Hey;
Just finished by D-bol cycle a few weeks ago.
I was taking 35 mg/day for 6 weeks.
I split it up and was taking it 3 times a day.
Took 10 mg in the morning with breakfast, 15 mg with lunch and 10 mg in the later part of the afternoon.
Seemed to work just fine.
Try not taking any in the evening. When I did a cycle a few years ago, I found that too late in the day and had a few problems sleeping.

I usually do my workouts around 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
So my last 10 mg were taken before the gym.
You doing a dbol only cycle?
If so, you may want to rethink that.
Along with the dbol, I was (and still am) doing Deca and Andropen

no dbol only

10 weeks Test E 500mg/week

first 4-6 weeks dbol 30-50mg/day

i was reading an article today that said if you take 30mg or more before workout you get really crazy pumps

oh yeh, its sick as fuck... like really sick.... i use my HG shit... so its liquid at 50mg/ml... so i drink like 80-90% of one... and im ready to work out... never seen the pumps so bad

If your running dbol by itself I think you should take a primary dosage of whatever mg you think is good for you to give you that pump for the gym. And before you goto bed take a smaller dosage.

the half life is 4 hours. sooo if your on dbol alone. I would try to keep blood levels stable.
