when's the best time to start hcg and anti-e's

Well the title asks it. should you start botht he same day you start your cycle or wait 2-3 days for hcg until the boys start to atrophy a bit. And will that test start aromatizing right away or should you wait 2-3 days on that as well? any thoughts appreciated, just trying to plan out my next.

start the hcg on first friday if you start cylce on the prior monday..500-750 ius every week.
anti e 's I do not use at all unless i get gyno symptoms.

hcg should be started the first week of injection. 500 ius split two days or in 1 day. your preference. now with anti-e's i start them usually the day after injection, and I do .5 adex EOD. The point of the HCG is that you prevent full atrophication of the gonads, so you should start it definitely the first week. Like dennis said, if you inject monday, then shoot hcg on friday or tuesday/friday.

thanks for the quick replies. that sounds about right from everything i have read, but its nice to hear it from others. I can't wait to get started its been several years! And I never lifted for power like i do now. I have a feeling my strength is gonna jump.

I still am not going to use anti e's untill i have to.

I used to no start ani-e's until i needed them but i always ended up needing to. So I figure I will save myself those couple days of itchy sensitive nipples.
