Hey bro I read a post (not sure if it was here or not) about how B5 is better then a lot of acne meds for clearing it up. Some guys took about 3-5grams a day and were on heavy tren/prop cycles and cleaned up real quick. I will try to dig it up and post it on here if I can find it.

I don't know how effective it is, but it is pretty cheap.

i'm currently trying 10g of b-5 a day, but i am looking to get that other crap for my brother, he doesn't want the b-5 or actutane
