Where have all the peptides gone?

It seems like many of the well-known research companies have either dropped or are currently backordered on many of the peptides they used to carry. I would like to do some research on IGF but it seems the well has run dry. I am not sure if it has to do with the DEA or the China situation. I would like to carry out my research so if anyone has any info, feel free to PM me.
