I have never seen b12 in an oil form before bro..There are better types of oil you can cut your prop with..b 12 is readily availble at your local feed store..anyone can buy it..it is vet grade..i use it all the time..on a weekly basis.

Yeah I can only find it in a water base.

eq is commonly used but almost any vegetable oil/cottonseed oil/sesame seed oil/grapeseed oil can be used. canola is an inexpesive choice.

AgGuys have a high quality human grade B-12 product for $44.95 (30ml). It's definitely not the cheapest around, but compared to several vet B-12 products I've tried it seems to be more effective.

vet grade b-12 used to be readily available for around $6 /500ml however in the last few years it has either become prescription only or mixed with b-complex(yellow) the b-complex is still very cheap ~$6/100ml but can sting.

I have also used Agri-Labs B-Complex Plus several times with good results. I always inject subcutaneously with a BD Ultra-Thin II insulin syringe (or equivalent) and I've never experienced even the slightest discomfort. Agri-Labs product runs around $8 and comes in a 250ml bottle and contains the following per milliliter:

12.5 mg - Thiamine Hydrochloride (B1)
12.5 mg - Niacin amide
5.0 mg - Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6)
5.0 mg - d-Panthenol
2.0mg - Riboflavin (B2)
1000mcg - Cyanocobalamin (B12)

Note: You can order this product from a hundred different websites and I've listed one below.

Good Luck!

perhaps injecting sub-Q is the trick to pain free, im it seems to sting as opposed to im b-12. I have tried b-12 sub-q and got black and blues from it.

Never inject B-12 via IM. There is no advantage, unless you're into being a sadist pin cushion.

there is at least one reason to inject im, if you bruise sub-q. like anything else, there are no absolutes in using b-12. I have not found anywhere in the literature that the recommended route of admistration is sub-q vs im. Almost all the lit out there recommends either im or deep sub-q. If done properly there is no bruising or pain done im.

And of course, i am not a sadist. but it is nice to know which method you prefer.

I normally take 30-40 units via an insulin syringe (e.g. .3-.4 ml).
