For me, glutes are a pain in the ass

Seriously... I can't aspirate and keep the pin straight with one hand, and there is NO WAY I can reach either cheek with both hands...so I like my quads. I just stand and relax my arms and where my hands rest on my glute (say in a straight line from the middle of my wrist to the end of my middle finger). Also, the Ventro-glute is a good spot: stand up, put your hands on your hips, and shift from side-to-side...feel the muscle on each side clenching? Pop right in the middle of that....it's a great spot, the first time I thought I would hit bone or something...but seriously its just a big knot of muscle.
