Does where you shoot up at make that muscle larger ?
I know it shouldnt have anything to do with gaining muscle size but for somereason my quads seem to be lookin damn ripped ? maby its all in my head

That's called "site injecting"... the belief that certain injectables cause localized growth in the muscle. No, this is a myth. Some who believe in it will argue this though. I do not believe that site injecting, even with test suspension, causes this. And getting "ripped" has to do with obtaining a low bodyfat level. So yes, it's all in your head

I dont believe that site injecting is totally a myth - I used too until I injected my calves which almost never grow - now I have had some action in them so I am wondering if site injection does work - however I have never seen it work anywhere else - like my delts or quads

I think its more likely that the site injection causes a slight inflammation in the muscle, tearing it down faster, which could mean quicker repair....

Shooting up is for Heroin and shit bro. When i inject muscle building drugs, I use my glutes ( ass cheeks ) my delts ( shoulders ) my Quads( upper legs ) and Biceps ( Biceps ) . I have good luck with my Mid-delts, cuz my ass has too much scar tissue from using 20/18g points when i first started doing this shit. I do not believe that site injections is a myth .

I dont think its totally localized..But just like getting a cortizone injection from the Doc in an injured BP, he shoots the affected area, and then warns me that it'll eventually move throughout the body. Same concept with receptors, IMHO

The term "Shooting Up" commonly discribes injecting drugs into a vein, like the junkies do. What bodybuilders do is to take intermuscular injections into large muscles like a vacination.

I know some people take offence at the term "shooting Up" FYI

Thanks Graybass, you're correct as far as I'm concerned... I have always hated the term "shoot up" or "shooting up" being used when referring to steroid injections. A more suitable term is simply "inject".
