why using your upper arm bro....use your glutes primarily....you are doing a cycle that only requires two shots per week..left glute one day, right the next...left glute next shot, right the next..then maybe you can change up to delts, thighs, tris etc....
the 1 1/2 inch should be used in your glutes..smaller muscle groups use the one inch...
as far as pushing all the way..thats hard to say..how big is that muscle group...for the glutes..I go in with a 1 1/2 inch needle about 3/4 in...but I got a big but...if I use a 1" in my delts tri's or traps, (not bragging but they are fairly large), I go in 3/4...if you have small body parts think about going half way in but no more that 3/4 in a small muscle group....glutes..well going all in should be ok..hell the doc does..
